After completing all the steps, click on the „Close Vehicle” button to lock the car.
Once you have locked the car, your reservation is considered complete.

Scroll down until you see the „Cancel Reservation” button, then click on it.

Next, fill in all the required information, such as your name, home address, ID card, driver’s license, and vacation address.
This way, your rental contract will be prepared in advance and ready when you pick up the car.
To complete your booking, click either the “Proceed” or “Payment by Card” button — depending on the payment option you selected.
Booking Confirmation:
1. After picking up your luggage, go to the Parking building.
2. Take the lift to the 4th floor of the Parking.
3. You will be greeted by VIMA Rent a Car staff at the counter on the right-hand side of the arrivals hall, next to the blue flight information boards.
4. You’ll quickly review and sign the pre-filled rental agreement. The staff will then hand you the car key, the parking ticket, and tell you the exact location of your vehicle – including the floor, row, and parking spot number.
5. Pay the parking ticket at the machine, and you’re ready to start your journey.
Return the car to the same airport parking garage where you picked it up.
Follow the blue “P” signs to the public parking entrance and take a parking ticket at the barrier.
Drive up to the 6th floor, and park the car in any available spot – preferably in row A or B for easier identification.
Leave the car key and the parking ticket inside the vehicle.
That’s it – your rental is officially completed, no further action needed.
If you have booked the Premium insurance, you can cancel or modify your booking without any penalty or cost up to 48 hours before the start of the booking by contacting us at autos@vimarentacar.com. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the booking. Rentals with Basic or Standart insurance are not entitled to cancellation or modification.

2️⃣ Walk straight ahead towards the café.
Once you reach it, turn right and walk past it.
3️⃣ Go to the elevators and take them to the 4th floor
4️⃣ On the 4th floor, follow the signs for
„Facturación / Check-in / Salidas / Departures”
5️⃣ Go through the red door – this leads to a large hall.
Once inside, turn left – the Vanrell staff will be waiting on the left side of the hall.
7️⃣ Sign the contract – this only takes a few minutes.
The staff will hand you the keys and parking ticket, and tell you the exact location of your car (usually 6th floor, row G–H).
8️⃣ Pay the parking ticket at the machine and you’re ready to go!

That’s how easy it is to return your vehicle!
You must return the car to the same place where you picked it up: the public parking garage at Mallorca Airport.
🔁 We recommend using the same floor where you collected the vehicle.

Not picking up your rental car at the airport? Here’s how it works with different local providers:
Offugo – Book online and they’ll leave the car in the city center for you. You can unlock it anytime using a link sent to your phone.
Vima – Book online and they’ll pick you up from your accommodation and take you to their office to collect the car.
Vanrell – Simply book online and walk into their nearby office to pick up the car.
