The Standard package requires a credit card and includes a security deposit.

VIMA Rent a Car offers a convenient solution: if you’re located in the southern part of the island, they can pick you up directly from your accommodation and take you by private transfer to their office in Cala Figuera to complete your rental and pick up the car.
Once your booking ends, they’ll also drop you back at your hotel – a thoughtful service that makes short-term rentals easy, flexible, and stress-free.
1. After picking up your luggage, go to the Parking building.
2. Take the lift to the 4th floor of the Parking.
3. You will be greeted by VIMA Rent a Car staff at the counter on the right-hand side of the arrivals hall, next to the blue flight information boards.
4. You’ll quickly review and sign the pre-filled rental agreement. The staff will then hand you the car key, the parking ticket, and tell you the exact location of your vehicle – including the floor, row, and parking spot number.
5. Pay the parking ticket at the machine, and you’re ready to start your journey.
Return the car to the same airport parking garage where you picked it up.
Follow the blue “P” signs to the public parking entrance and take a parking ticket at the barrier.
Drive up to the 6th floor, and park the car in any available spot – preferably in row A or B for easier identification.
Leave the car key and the parking ticket inside the vehicle.
That’s it – your rental is officially completed, no further action needed.

Important Note:

At VIMA Rent a Car, no deposit or fuel prepayment is required. A credit card is normally requested as a security measure for the fuel, but don’t worry – no charges are made at pick-up.
If you don’t have a credit card, that’s not a problem. You can still rent a car by selecting the “Rental without credit card” option during booking – it only costs €5 per day and gives you full flexibility without needing a credit card.
You can either pay online (and get a extra 10% discount), or pay on-site by bank card at pick-up – whichever suits you best.
According to VIMA’s policy, only individuals listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle.
You must fill out the accident report form and inform VIMA within 24 hours. If another vehicle is involved and won’t cooperate, call the police. Never admit fault on-site.

There will be no additional charge as long as you arrive within office hours 8.00-22.00. Our staff will monitor your flight, but please let us know if your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes. For deliveries between 21:30 and 07:30 there will be an extra charge of 39€.
With the Premium package, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Based on our experience, it’s best to book the car as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. However, we recommend checking prices regularly, since the free cancellation option allows you to rebook at a better rate if prices drop.
We check prices once a week, and in about 70% of cases, we manage to find a lower rate and rebook accordingly.
