Car Rental Ibiza Airport Guides: From Booking to Drop-Off

RESERVATION

To access the Wiber Rent a Car website, click on the “BOOK NOW” button.

Select the location and the rental period, then click on the “SHOW OFFERS” button.

Select a car and package:

Select the car you want and the “ALL INCLUSIVE” package, which includes:
- Free cancellation
- Full insurance
- No excess
- Express line at pickup
- Complete roadside assistance

Extras and Discount Code:

You have the option to add extra services to your booking, such as a beach umbrella or a child seat.
Enter the FIESTA10 coupon code for a 10% discount.
Choose when you would like to pay: pay on-site or pay online now.

Complete the booking:

After selecting the payment option, provide the required details (payment on-site or pay now online).
Complete the booking by clicking on the ‘PAY AND BOOK‘ or ‘BOOK NOW‘ button.

Booking Confirmation:

Finally, check your email inbox for your booking confirmation.

PICK-UP

The offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to all bookings. Follow the instructions below to reach the shuttle area:

Exit the terminal through the central door (next to the Santa Gloria café).
Go to the elevators and go up to the first floor.
Proceed to the parking spaces marked in yellow, spaces 924 to 943. The shuttle bus will be waiting for you there.

In the office:

2 Car pickup at the standard customer service desk:

Take a number from the machine provided.
While waiting, prepare your booking number and personal identification.
You prepare the contract, which takes only a few minutes even for first-time bookings.
You receive the contract both printed and via email, containing all the important information.
They will email you the registration document and photos of any potential damage to the car, although this is not relevant if you chose the “ALL INCLUSIVE” package, which will be mentioned in the email as well.

By following these steps, you can easily find and reach the Wiber Rent a Car office and handle your car rental quickly and efficiently.

CAR RETURN

The car should be returned to the same location where it was collected. The drop off location is stated in both the email and the contract.

When you arrive:

Follow the “DROP OFF” sign.

Then park in the designated area.

Handover of keys:

Staff will collect the keys.

You can take the free shuttle service back to the airport.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Booking reference number:

First, open the booking confirmation email and copy the 9-digit booking number.
Then go to the Wiber Rent a Car website.

HELP menu:

Click on “HELP” in the top right corner.
Then Select “MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION”.

Enter your booking details:

Enter the 9-digit booking number and the rental start date.
Click the “CHECK MY BOOKING” button.

Cancel the booking:

Once your booking has loaded, you can easily cancel it by clicking the “CANCEL” button.

Check Confirmation:

Now check your email for confirmation of your successful cancellation.

RESERVATION

To access the OffUgo website, click on the “Book ” button.

Select your location and rental period, then click on the search button.

Car selection:

Choose your preferred car

You can add extra services to your booking on the next page:

You can add the Mind Pack to your booking for just €5/day! This package offers the following benefits:
- Assistance in case of a breakdown
- Provides you with the possibility of a free assistance package
- Cover for assistance with breakdowns (no fuel shortage, but damage to the engine is covered)
- Replacement of lost or broken keys
- Reimbursement for early surrender
On the right you can see how much fuel deposit you need to pay, which will be refunded within a few working days after booking.
Enter the discount code FIESTA10 and enjoy a 10% discount.
Then click “Continue ” to continue.

Create an OffUgo account:

Enter the name, phone number and email address of the driver/renter, then create your account by entering a password and clicking on the “Sign up ” button.
If you wish, you can add an additional driver free of charge.
Click “Continue ” again to continue.

Flight number, ID/passport number, billing details, payment:

Enter the airline name and flight number, then click “Continue “.
Then enter the name of the airline, the name of the airline, the name of the airline, the name of the airline, the ID or passport number and click “Continue ” again.

At the end of the video, you will find information on how to pay the fuel advance, which you can do no later than the check-in deadline. This transaction has a handling fee of €1.8.

PICK-UP

Finding the car:

Once you arrive, follow the “P” signs (see attached pictures) to exit the airport terminal and get to the parking lot.

The route to the parking building is also indicated by the “P” signs. You will find the exact location of the vehicle in the link you received to unlock it.

Signs will help you find your way around the car park. You will find the location of your car according to the following system: car park, floor, parking space number. Example: car park P2, 2nd floor, parking space 092.

Car unlock, key:

Open the car unlock link on your mobile and follow the steps.
- Sign the contract.
- Take a photo of the license plate.
- Check the fuel tank level and compare it with the value in the app. If they match, approve the level.
In the glove compartment you will find the car keys and the parking ticket.
Pay the parking ticket at the car mat (0.5-2€)

Now everything is ready – let the holiday begin! 😊🚗✈️

CAR RETURN

Parking in the normal car park, not in the car rental car park!

At the airport, you must leave your car in the normal car park.
To find the car park, follow the P signs at the airport.
Take a parking ticket at the entrance.
Once you arrive at the car park, go up to the second, third, fifth or sixth floor and park in an available space.

Process of closing the car and completing the reservation:

1.

Open the lock link you received in your email.

Click on the “Next step” button to start the closing process.

2.

Enter the fuel level, then take a photo and upload the image, then click “Next step”

3.

Leave the key and the parking ticket in the glove compartment, then take a photo and upload it.

4.

Take a photo of the vehicle registration number with the parking space number, then upload the photo.

After completing all the steps, click on the “Close Vehicle” button to lock the car.

5.

Once you have locked the car, your reservation is considered complete.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Open the OffUgo website.

In the top right corner, click on the “Sign in” button and log in to your account.
Once logged in, open the drop down menu and select “My bookings”.
Find your booking and click on the “Details” button.

Scroll down until you see the “Cancel reservation” button, then click on it.

To confirm the cancellation, enter the text you want to enter in the blank field.
Finally, click on the “Cancel” button to finalise the cancellation.

Confirmation check:

Check your email account to confirm successful deletion.

RESERVATION

To access the Centauro Rent a Car website, first click on the “BOOK NOW” button.

Then select the location and rental period and click on the “SEARCH” button.

Choose Your Preferred Car:

At Centauro, package selection is not available—all cars are exclusively rented with the premium package.

The premium package includes:

Free cancellation
Full insurance
Express line at pickup
No excess
Unlimited mileage
First additional driver included
24h roadside assistance

On the next page, you can add extra services to your booking.

You can add the Fast Key service for free, allowing you to quickly and easily collect your car key from a key dispenser.
Click “CONTINUE” to proceed.

Account Registration or Login:

You now need to create a Centauro account or log in to your existing account.

To register, click “Create a new account.”
Enter your name, email address, and password to complete the registration.

Finalize Your Booking:

Enter your flight number.
To complete the payment, enter your credit card details and click “Confirm Booking” to finalize your reservation.

Booking Confirmation:

After completing the payment, you can view your booking summary.
Please also check your email inbox for the booking confirmation.

PICK-UP

Follow the instructions below to reach the transfer area:

Come out of the terminal, turn left and keep on the walkway for about 100 meters until the end of the terminal building.
you will find the parking area (Parking P3) where you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins.

At the office:

Once it’s your turn, Centauro staff will help you draw up your contract within a short time.
Once you have signed the contract, you will be asked to pay for a full tank of fuel, which can range from €60 to €150 depending on the type of car. This amount will be refunded to you within 1-2 working days after your booking is completed.
The car keys will be handed to you in an envelope with the car’s parking number.

CAR RETURN

The car should be dropped off at the same location where it was picked up. The drop-off location address in both the email and the contract.

When you arrive:

Follow the “RETURN” sign.

Park in the designated area.

Key handover:

The staff will take the keys.

You can return to the airport with the free shuttle service.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Visit the Centauro Rent a Car website.

In the top right corner, click on “My account”, then log in to your account.

After logging in, select the “My bookings and invoice” menu, then click on the arrow.

Once your booking has loaded, you can cancel it by selecting “Cancel booking”.

Confirm the cancellation in the popup window.

The Centauro coupon offers a refund option, but if you prefer a cash refund, click on “here”.

The booking amount will be refunded within 1-5 business days.

Check your email inbox for the cancellation confirmation.
