RESERVATION

Go to the Wiber Rent a Car website:

To access the Wiber Rent a Car website, click on the “BOOK NOW” button.
Select the location and the rental period, then click on the “SHOW OFFERS” button.

Select a car and package:

Select the car you want and the “ALL INCLUSIVE” package, which includes:
- Free cancellation
- Full insurance
- No excess
- Express line at pickup
- Complete roadside assistance

Extras and discount code:

You have the option to add extra services to your booking, such as a child seat.
Use the coupon code FIESTA10 for a 10% discount.

Complete the booking:

After selecting the payment option, provide the required details (payment on-site or pay now online).
Complete the booking by clicking on the ‘PAY AND BOOK‘ or ‘BOOK NOW‘ button.

Booking Confirmation:

Finally, check your email inbox for your booking confirmation.

PICK-UP

The offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to all bookings. Follow the instructions below to reach the shuttle area:

Exit the arrivals terminal through the nearest door.
Turn left, leaving the taxi stand behind.
Walk approximately 150 meters and you will find parking P6, where the Rent a Car shuttles are located.
Wait for the shuttle to pick you up next to the ‘Meeting Point’ sign.

In the office:

2 Car pickup at the standard customer service desk:

Take a number from the machine provided.
While waiting, prepare your booking number and personal identification.
You prepare the contract, which takes only a few minutes even for first-time bookings.
You receive the contract both printed and via email, containing all the important information.
They will email you the registration document and photos of any potential damage to the car, although this is not relevant if you chose the “ALL INCLUSIVE” package, which will be mentioned in the email as well.

By following these steps, you can easily find and reach the Wiber Rent a Car office and handle your car rental quickly and efficiently.

CAR RETURN

The car should be returned to the same location where it was collected. The drop off location is stated in both the email and the contract.

When you arrive:

Follow the “DROP OFF” sign.

Then park in the designated area.

Handover of keys:

Staff will collect the keys.

You can take the free shuttle service back to the airport.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Booking reference number:

First, open the booking confirmation email and copy the 8-digit booking number.

Visit the website:

Then go to the Wiber Rent a Car website.

HELP menu:

Click on “HELP” in the top right corner.
Then Select “MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION”.

Enter your booking details:

Enter the 8-digit booking number and the rental start date.

Cancel the booking:

Once your booking is loaded, you can easily cancel it by selecting “CANCEL YOUR BOOKING”.

Check Confirmation:

Now check your email for confirmation of your successful cancellation.

RESERVATION

Open the Centauro Rent a Car website:

To access the Centauro Rent a Car website, first click on the “BOOK NOW” button.
Then select the location and rental period and click on the “SEARCH” button.

Select a car and a package:

Select the car you would like to rent and choose the “PREMIUM” package, which includes:
- Free cancellation
- Full insurance
- Express line at pickup
- No excess
- Unlimited mileage
- First additional driver included

You can add additional services to your booking on the next page. Proceed by clicking the “CONTINUE” button.

Create an account or login:

You will now need to create a Centauro account or log in to your existing account.

Enter your flight number and discount code:

Enter the flight number and the coupon code if you have one (which you can find in the “Discounts” menu).
Add your credit card details and click on “Confirm Booking” to finalize the reservation.

Booking Confirmation:

Finally, check your inbox for the booking confirmation email.

PICK-UP

Follow the instructions below to reach the transfer area:

Exit the arrivals terminal through the nearest door.
Turn left, leaving the taxi stand behind.
Walk approximately 150 meters and you will find parking P6, where the Rent a Car shuttles are located.
Wait for the shuttle to pick you up next to the ‘Meeting Point’ sign.

At the office:

Once it’s your turn, Centauro staff will help you draw up your contract within a short time.
Once you have signed the contract, you will be asked to pay for a full tank of fuel, which can range from €60 to €150 depending on the type of car. This amount will be refunded to you within 1-2 working days after your booking is completed.
The car keys will be handed to you in an envelope with the car’s parking number.

CAR RETURN

The car should be dropped off at the same location where it was picked up. The drop-off location address in both the email and the contract.

When you arrive:

Follow the “RETURN” sign.

Park in the designated area.

Key handover:

The staff will take the keys.

You can return to the airport with the free shuttle service.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Visiting the website:

At First Visit the Centauro Rent a Car website.

Logging in:

After that Click on “MY ACCOUNT” in the top right corner, then log into your account.

Managing bookings:

After logging in, select the „MY BOOKINGS AND INVOICE” menu, then click on the arrow.

Canceling the booking:

Once your booking is loaded, you can easily cancel it by selecting “CANCEL BOOKING.”

Checking the confirmation:

Check your inbox for the confirmation email of the successful cancellation.

Open the Record Go website:

To open the Recordgo Rent a Car website, click on the “‘BOOK NOW” button.

Registering fot the Recordgo Club:

First, register for the Recordgo Club to enjoy a 10% extra discount on your first booking.
Click on “RECORD GO CLUB” at the top right, then select “JOIN TO RECORDG GO CLUB” in the window.

After registration:

After registration, you will be redirected back to the homepage.
Select the location and enter the desired rental period.
Then click on the “FIND YOUR VEHICLE” button.

Selecting car and package:

When you have chosen your preferred car, select the “Just Go” package, which includes:
- Free cancellation
- Full insurance
- Without excees
- Express lane at pickup

Adding extra services:

On the next page, you can add extra services to your booking.
Click the “CONTINUE” button to proceed.

Entering details:

Enter your details and flight number.
Continue the booking with the “PAY NOW” option.

Payment:

Enter your card number, then click the “PAY NOW” button to finalize the booking.

Checking the confirmation:

Check your email inbox for the booking confirmation.

Preparing the contract:

Once it is your turn, the Recordgo staff will assist you in preparing the contract at the Just Go Box.
Then you will receive the contract by email, and they will ask you to open it. The parking space number of the car is located in the upper left corner of the contract.

Payment and collecting the key:

After signing the contract, you will need to pay for a full tank of fuel, which ranges from 80-150€, depending on the car type. This amount will be refunded within 1-2 business days after they completing the booking.
Usually. The keys are handed over here, but if you haven’t received them, you can ask for them at the container office in the parking garage by showing the contract.

From the office to the rented car:

Turn left and you’ll find the access door to the ‘Rent a car’ car park.
Enter the inside of the car park, turn right and walk to the end of the car park, where you’ll find the Record go offices.
In this office, they’ll give you the keys to your vehicle.
