Yes, of course you can rent a car for just 1–2 days.
In high season, however, it's worth booking in advance – you'll have a better chance of a good price, and a car will definitely be available.
In our experience, it is best to book 1–3 months before your trip.
If you try to book too early (6–12 months ahead), the period often isn't priced yet, so prices may be higher.

Out-of-hours pick-up surcharge (between 23:00–06:59):

Age limit and young driver surcharge

Minimum 21 years, with a licence held for at least 1 year. Young driver surcharge between 21–24: €9.95/day (min. 4 days charged, max. 14). Premium category only over 25.
The exact car model is not guaranteed – but the category is.
When booking, you always choose a car category (for example "Economy manual" or "Compact automatic"), not a specific make or model. The model shown on the rental company's website is only an example – the actual car can be any vehicle of similar size and equipment within that category.
This is standard practice in the car rental industry, and it works this way with all our partners.
