Exit the terminal through the central door (next to the Santa Gloria café).
Go to the elevators and go up to the first floor.
Proceed to the parking spaces marked in yellow, spaces 924 to 943. The shuttle bus will be waiting for you there.

1.2 Car pickup at the standard customer service desk:

Take a number from the machine provided.
While waiting, prepare your booking number and driver license.

You must return the car to the same place where you picked it up: the public parking garage at Ibiza Airport.

In the top right corner, click on the “Sign in” button and log in to your account.
Once logged in, open the drop down menu and select “My bookings”.
Find your booking and click on the “Details” button.

Scroll down until you see the “Cancel Reservation” button, then click on it.

To confirm the cancellation, enter the text and number you see below in the blank field.

Follow the instructions below to reach the transfer area:

Come out of the terminal, turn left and stay on the walkway for about 100 meters until the end of the terminal building.
you will find the parking area (Parking P3) where you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins.

At the office:

Once it’s your turn, Centauro staff will help you draw up your contract within a short time.
Once you have signed the contract, you will be asked to pay for a full tank of fuel, which can range from €60 to €150 depending on the type of car. This amount will be refunded to you within 1-2 business days after your booking is completed.
The car keys will be handed to you in an envelope with the car’s parking number.

How to return your Centauro rental car?

The car should be dropped off at the same location where it was picked up from. The drop-off location address is in both the email and the contract.

When you arrive:

Follow the “RETURN” sign.

Park in the designated area.

Key handover:

The staff will take the keys.

You can return to the airport with the free shuttle service.

How to cancel your Centauro booking?

Visit the Centauro Rent a Car website.

In the top right corner, click on “My account”, then log in to your account.

After logging in, select the “My bookings and invoice” menu, then click on the arrow.

Once your booking has loaded, you can cancel it by selecting “Cancel booking”.
