In brief: CAR4YOUSPAIN is an information and booking assistance website that helps you find and compare car rental options and connect with selected car rental partners in Spain.

By using the website and by contacting us through forms, email or WhatsApp, you accept these Terms of Use.

1) Who we are

CAR4YOUSPAIN is a car rental information and assistance website that presents car rental options available in Spain, handles quote requests and supports the booking process.

2) Nature of our service

  • Information: we provide information about the car rental process, the terms of individual partners and the options available.
  • Quote request support: we help forward your requirements and review the available options.
  • Booking assistance: upon request, we help ensure that the booking request reaches the selected partner.

The website primarily acts as an intermediary, informational and assistance service. The car rental service is always provided by the selected car rental partner.

3) Partner car rentals

The car rental options presented on the website are provided by external partners. Partner confirmation, vehicle handover, application of rental terms, and performance of the actual car rental service are always the responsibility of the selected partner.

The range of partners may change from time to time and may include local or national car rental companies in different regions of Spain.

4) Formation of the rental agreement

Important: if a booking is finalised, the rental agreement is concluded directly between you and the selected car rental partner.

CAR4YOUSPAIN does not become a contracting party to the rental agreement and does not provide the car rental service itself.

5) Payment and financial settlement

The website does not process payments. Any deposit, full rental fee, security deposit, insurance, extra service or any other payment related to the booking is made directly to the selected partner, according to the partner's own rules and payment terms.

CAR4YOUSPAIN does not act as a financial service provider and accepts no responsibility for payment methods, deductions, refunds or billing practices applied by the partner.

6) Quotes, prices and availability

Information displayed on the website or sent by email/message may be indicative. Prices, terms, availability, insurance options, pick-up conditions and other details depend on the partner's current system and decision, and may therefore change until the partner's final confirmation.

For discount codes, coupons or promotions, their applicability always depends on the specific partner, date, location and booking conditions.

7) €1,000 guarantee

€1,000 guarantee – complete peace of mind with every booking.

We don't just recommend — we also take responsibility for our partners and our travellers. The purpose of the €1,000 guarantee is to ensure that you are not left alone after booking if a disputed or unjustified cost arises during the rental.

7.1 What is the €1,000 guarantee?

The €1,000 guarantee is a voluntary additional commitment made by CAR4YOUSPAIN. If during or after the booking you experience an unpleasant surprise such as a misunderstanding, a disputed deduction or an unexpected extra fee, we help resolve the matter and, in justified cases, we may reimburse verified, unjustified costs up to €1,000.

We do not guarantee that no problems can occur during car rental, but we commit to providing assistance in such situations and reviewing the possibility of compensation under these terms.

7.2 What may it cover?

The guarantee may cover, in particular, the following verified and unjustified situations:

  • fuel deposit that was unjustifiably not refunded,
  • issues arising from flight delays where the partner did not wait,
  • unlawful fines or fees charged,
  • deductions for damage you did not cause,
  • other unexpected, verified and unjustified additional costs.

7.3 Conditions of the guarantee

  • The guarantee is valid if the booking was made through our partner link using the FIESTA10 coupon code, or if you booked through our form.
  • The booking must be made with one of the following partners: OffUgo, Top Gear Mobility, Vanrell, Autos Menorca or VIMA Rent a Car.
  • Clear and verifiable evidence is required to assess the claim, such as an invoice, email, contract, photo or other relevant document.
  • Please report the case without undue delay and attach all necessary documents.
  • We respond to submitted claims within 7 working days.
  • The guarantee is not valid in cases of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or intentional breach of the agreement.

7.4 How to claim

  1. Gather documents: collect invoices, photos, emails and any evidence supporting the situation.
  2. Email our team: send us a short description of the case and the documents.
  3. Assessment: we review the case fairly and respond within a maximum of 7 working days.
  4. Possible reimbursement: if approved, direct transfer up to a maximum of €1,000.

Important legal note: the €1,000 guarantee does not constitute insurance, does not replace the partner's contractual terms, and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Each guarantee claim is assessed individually, based on the evidence you submit and the information available.

8) Your responsibilities

  • Providing accurate data: please ensure that all data provided is true, accurate and complete.
  • Checking terms: always check the partner's final confirmation, voucher and rental terms before pick-up.
  • Document compliance: you are responsible for having the necessary documents, driving licence, payment method and other conditions required by the partner.
  • Immediate notification: if any problem arises, please notify us immediately by email or WhatsApp so we can help.

9) Communication and response time

We do our best to respond to enquiries within a reasonable time; however, immediate handling cannot be guaranteed at all times, especially at weekends, on public holidays or in cases awaiting an external partner's response.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAR4YOUSPAIN is not liable for:

  • the quality or performance of the service provided by the partner,
  • the condition, availability or replacement of the vehicle,
  • prices, fees, deposits, fuel policy or insurance terms applied by the partner,
  • the partner's delays, cancellations, refund decisions or contractual practices,
  • disputes arising from the rental agreement concluded between you and the partner.

This provision does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

11) External sites and third parties

The website may contain links to external websites, partner sites or third-party systems. The relevant external provider is responsible for their content, availability and data processing practices.

12) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the texts, descriptions, graphic elements, own guides and other content on the website belong to the website operator or the entitled partners. Unauthorised copying, bulk reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.

13) Changes to the terms

We may amend or update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
