Yes, of course you can rent a car for as little as 1–2 days.

During peak season, however, it's worth booking in advance – this way you're more likely to get a good price and a car will definitely be available.

Based on our experience, it's best to book 1–3 months before your trip.

If you try to book too early (6–12 months ahead), the period is often not yet priced, so rates may be higher.

The specific car model is not guaranteed – but the category is.

When booking, you always choose a car category (for example "Economy manual" or "Compact automatic"), not a specific make or model. The model shown on the rental company's website is just an example – the actual car can be any similar-sized vehicle within that category with comparable features.

This is standard practice in the car rental industry and applies to all our partners.

If the delay means you cannot pick up the car

If due to the delay you are unable to pick up the car, our €1,000 guarantee covers the taxi fare to your accommodation, as well as the return trip to the rental office the next morning.

Age requirement and young driver surcharge

  • Minimum age 19 years, with at least 1 year of driving licence.
  • 19–23 years: young driver surcharge of €9/day.
