In brief: CAR4YOUSPAIN is an information and booking assistance website that helps you find, compare and connect with selected car rental partners in Spain.

By using the website and contacting us via forms, email or WhatsApp, you accept these Terms of Use.

1) Who we are

CAR4YOUSPAIN is a car rental information and assistance website that presents car rental options available in Spain, supports quote requests and assists with the booking process.

2) Nature of our service

  • Information: we provide information about the car rental process, individual partner terms and available options.
  • Quote request support: we help forward requirements and review available options.
  • Booking assistance: upon request, we assist in ensuring the booking request reaches the selected partner.

The website primarily serves an intermediary, informational and assistance role. The car rental service is always provided by the selected car rental partner.

3) Partner car rentals

Car rental options presented on the website are provided by external partners. Partner confirmation, vehicle handover, application of rental terms and actual delivery of the car rental service are always the responsibility of the selected partner.

The range of partners may change from time to time and may include local or national car rental companies in various regions of Spain.

4) Formation of the rental agreement

Important: if the booking is confirmed, the rental agreement is formed directly between you and the selected car rental partner.

CAR4YOUSPAIN does not become a party to the rental agreement and does not itself provide the car rental service.

5) Payment and financial performance

The website does not process payments. The deposit, full rental fee, security deposit, insurance, extra services or any other payment related to the booking is made directly to the selected partner, according to the partner's own rules and payment terms.

CAR4YOUSPAIN does not operate as a financial service provider and is not responsible for payment methods, deductions, refunds or billing practices applied by the partner.

6) Quotes, prices and availability

Information displayed on the site or sent via email/message may be informational. Prices, terms, availability, insurance options, pick-up conditions and other details depend on the partner's current system and decision, and may therefore change until the partner's final confirmation.

For discount codes, coupons or promotions, their applicability always depends on the specific partner, date, location and booking conditions.

7) €1000 guarantee

€1000 guarantee – complete peace of mind with every booking.

We don't just recommend — we also take responsibility for our partners and our travellers. The €1000 guarantee is designed to ensure you're not left alone after booking if disputed or unjustified costs arise during the rental.

7.1 What is the €1000 guarantee?

The €1000 guarantee is an additional commitment voluntarily undertaken by CAR4YOUSPAIN. If you encounter an unpleasant surprise during or after the booking, such as a misunderstanding, disputed deduction or unexpected extra charge, we will help resolve the issue and, where justified, may reimburse proven, unjustified costs up to €1000.

We do not guarantee that no problems can occur during car rental, but we undertake to provide assistance in such situations and to examine the possibility of compensation in accordance with these terms.

7.2 What can it cover?

The guarantee may particularly cover the following proven and unjustified situations:

  • fuel deposit that was unjustifiably not returned,
  • problem arising from flight delay if the partner did not wait,
  • unlawful charging of fines or fees,
  • deduction for damage you did not cause,
  • other unexpected, proven and unjustified additional costs.

7.3 Guarantee conditions

  • The guarantee is valid if the booking was made through our partner link and you used the FIESTA10 coupon code, or if you booked through our form.
  • The booking must be with one of our following partners:Autos Menorca, Wiber, OffUgo, Top Gear Mobility, Vanrell or VIMA Rent a Car.
  • Clear and verifiable evidence is required to assess the claim, such as an invoice, email, contract, photo or other relevant document.
  • Please report without undue delay and attach all necessary documents.
  • We will respond to the claim received within 7 working days.
  • The guarantee is not valid in case of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or intentional breach of contract.

7.4 How to claim?

  1. Collect documents: gather invoices, photos, emails and all evidence supporting the situation.
  2. Email the team: send a brief description of the case and the documents to us.
  3. Assessment: fair examination of the case, then response within a maximum of 7 working days.
  4. Possible reimbursement: if approved, direct transfer up to €1000.

Important legal note: the €1000 guarantee does not constitute insurance, does not replace the partner's contractual terms, and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Assessment of the guarantee is always based on individual consideration, based on the evidence you send and the available information.

8) Your responsibilities

  • Providing accurate data: please ensure all data provided is true, accurate and complete.
  • Checking terms: always check the partner's final confirmation, voucher and rental terms before pick-up.
  • Document compliance: you are responsible for having the necessary documents, driving licence, payment method and other requirements specified by the partner.
  • Immediate notification: if any problem arises, please notify us immediately via email or WhatsApp so we can provide assistance.

9) Communication and response time

We do everything we can to respond to enquiries within a reasonable time, however immediate processing cannot be guaranteed at all times, especially at weekends, public holidays or in cases awaiting external partner response.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAR4YOUSPAIN is not liable for:

  • the quality or performance of the service provided by the partner,
  • the condition, availability or replacement of the vehicle,
  • prices, charges, deposits, fuel policy or insurance terms applied by the partner,
  • the partner's delays, cancellations, refund decisions or contractual practices,
  • disputes arising from the rental agreement formed between you and the partner.

This provision does not affect those mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law.

11) External sites and third parties

The website may contain links to external websites, partner sites or third-party systems. The respective external service provider is responsible for their content, availability and data processing practices.

12) Intellectual property

Texts, descriptions, graphic elements, proprietary guides and other content on the website — unless otherwise indicated — belong to the website operator or authorised partners. Their unauthorised copying, mass transfer or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.

13) Changes to these terms

We may modify or update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
