"CAR4YOUSPAIN" is a brand name. The legal operator is the individual entrepreneur (EV) listed above.

3) What data do we collect?

We collect personal data primarily directly from you when you submit a form on the website, or contact us via email/WhatsApp.

3.1 Quote request (WPForms)

When requesting a quote, we process the data you provide, such as:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number / WhatsApp (if provided)
• Travel and rental details: pick-up/drop-off location, dates and times, driver age, car preferences, extras, comments/messages

3.2 Booking assistance (only if you request booking)

If you decide to proceed with a booking, we may request additional data required by the selected partner, such as:

• full name
• phone number
• email address
• date of birth
• driving licence issue date (YYYY/MM/DD)
• flight number

Important: we only request this additional data to submit the booking request on your behalf to the selected partner. The rental agreement is between you and the partner.

3.3 Communication

We process messages and attachments you send via email or WhatsApp (e.g. confirmations, questions, booking details).

3.4 Technical data

When using the website, we may also process technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, pages visited, and cookie and consent settings. See the Cookie Policy for details.

6) Who do we share data with?

6.1 Car rental partners (Spain) — only for booking requests

If you request a booking, we use the data you provide to submit the booking request to the selected partner. Partners may be independent data controllers for the rental agreement and their own compliance:

• Wiber Rent a Car (Spain)
• Top Gear Mobilty (Spain)
• OffUgo (Spain)
• VIMA Rent a Car (Spain)
• Vanrell Rent a Car (Spain)
• other partner specified in the quote or communication

We do not automatically forward form data to partners. We only send booking data to a partner if you expressly request the booking to be forwarded and provide the necessary booking details.

6.2 Service providers (hosting, email, storage)

To operate the website, communicate and handle internal administration, we use service providers such as:

• Sybell (hosting and email services)
• Gmail (for mailbox access and email management)
• Google Sheets (internal administration / lead tracking; access limited to our own accounts only)

These service providers may act as data processors and/or independent data controllers depending on the service and circumstances. Their own terms and data processing agreements apply to data processing.

6.3 Communication tools

If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp may also process personal data under its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend not sending unnecessarily sensitive data via messaging apps.

Some service providers (e.g. Google services, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp) may process data outside the EU/UK due to their infrastructure. Where applicable, data transfers are made with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) as provided by the relevant service.

• Quote requests without booking: up to 12 months
• Bookings (if you proceed with the partner): up to 24 months
• Booking data provided but booking not completed: up to 12 months

We may retain certain data for longer if necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and secure administration practices.

Our forms operate with spam protection (WPForms "Modern anti-spam protection" and minimum completion time setting).

If you are in the EU/UK, you may have the following rights:

• request correction of inaccurate data
• request erasure (where applicable)
• request restriction of processing (where applicable)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (where applicable)
