The €1,000 Car4YouSpain Protection is all about peace of mind: we don't let go of your hand after you book. If an unpleasant surprise occurs at the rental company (a misunderstanding, a disputed charge, an unexpected extra fee), we help you resolve the situation and reimburse unjustified costs up to €1,000.

We don't promise that nothing will ever go wrong — issues can arise in car rental even at the best companies. With our partners the chances are minimal, and the key point is that you won't be left on your own if something does happen.

What does it cover?

  • Fuel deposit – not refunded
  • Your flight was delayed and the rental company didn't wait for you
  • An unjustified fine or charge was applied
  • You were charged for damage you didn't cause
  • Any unexpected, unjustified expense

Terms & Conditions

  • The protection applies if you book through our partner link using the FIESTA10 code, or book through our form.
  • You booked with one of the following partners: Wiber, Offugo, Top Gear Mobility, Vanrell or VIMA Rent a Car
  • Clear evidence is required (invoice, email, etc.)
  • We respond within 7 working days
  • Not valid in cases of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs or deliberate breach of the rental agreement
