The offices are conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. Wiber provides free shuttle service to their location. Follow the instructions below to reach the shuttle area:
Exit the security control area and take the lift down to floor -2.
Leave the terminal and walk straight ahead, crossing both pedestrian crossings until you reach “Parking Express Llegadas”..
Turn right and walk to the end of the parking area. Our shuttle will be waiting for you between posts 46 and 43, near the exit.

Car Return During Opening Hours
Return the car to the same Wiber office where you picked it up. The address is listed on your rental contract and in your email.
Upon Arrival:
Follow the “DROP OFF” signs.
Park in the designated area.
Hand over the keys to the staff.
A free shuttle will take you back to the airport.

The car should be returned to the same location where it was picked up from.
Follow the “CAR RENTAL” signs:
Follow the “CAR RENTAL” signs to easily find your way to the parking lot.
Follow the “RETURN” signs:
Once inside parking lot, follow the “RETURN” signs placed by Centauro.
Then park in the designated area.
Handover of keys:
Just hand over the keys to the staff and they will take it from there.
You have no further duties.
Visit the Centauro Rent a Car website.
In the top right corner, click on “My account”, then log in to your account.
Once your booking has loaded, you can cancel it by selecting “Cancel booking”.
Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window.
The Centauro coupon offers a refund option, but if you prefer a cash refund, click on “here”.
The booking amount will be refunded within 1-5 business days.
Check your email inbox, (In case you don’t see the message in your inbox check your spam folder) for the cancellation confirmation.
