After a successful booking, the system will send a confirmation by email, and the confirmation will also appear on screen.
In your confirmation email, click the "CHECK IN ONLINE" link to start the check-in process.
Enter your booking number, which you can find in your confirmation email, then click "SEND" to proceed.
Expand the "Main Driver" section by clicking the small arrow, and fill in the required details.
Once you have entered all the required information, click "Update driver" to finalise.
A green tick indicates that the check-in was successful. Everything is now ready for a fast pick-up!
Autos Menorca staff will be waiting at the airport public car park, at the meeting point in front of the arrivals terminal (next to the ticket machine), where they will hand over the car.
Autos Menorca staff will prepare the rental agreement, which you simply need to sign. They will also hand over the parking ticket and the car key. Parking costs are covered by Autos Menorca – you have 20 minutes to exit the car park.
A free shuttle bus is waiting at the airport car park to take you to the office. This service runs regularly, so there is very little waiting time.
The free bus operates between 07:00 and 22:00 (from May to October between 6:00 and 22:00). Out-of-hours delivery and drop-off after 10 pm is also available for a fee of €35.00.
The car must be returned with a full tank, just as you received it. There is a petrol station right at the entrance to the P1 car park – so you don't need to plan your last refuelling stop in advance.
Return the car to the same car park where you picked it up (P1 arrivals car park). Autos Menorca staff will be waiting for the car.
Hand over the key and they will check the fuel level – and you're done!
The car must be returned with a full tank, with the same amount of fuel as when you received it.
The vehicle must be returned to the same office where you picked it up, by the time stated in the contract. Park in front of the office.
Autos Menorca staff will collect the key and check the fuel level.
The free shuttle bus will take you back to the airport.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 hours before arrival. The full amount paid will be refunded.
Open your confirmation email and find the "Cancelar Reserva" link. Then click on it.
Once your booking has loaded, click the "Cancel" option.
A successful cancellation message will appear on screen, and you will also receive a confirmation by email.

Yes, of course you can rent a car for as little as 1–2 days.
During peak season, however, it's worth booking in advance – this way you're more likely to get a good price and a car will definitely be available.
Based on our experience, it's best to book 1–3 months before your trip.
If you try to book too early (6–12 months ahead), the period is often not yet priced, so rates may be higher.
The specific car model is not guaranteed – but the category is. Unless it is specifically marked as guaranteed.
When booking, you always choose a car category (for example "Economy manual" or "Compact automatic"), not a specific make or model. The model shown on the rental company's website is just an example – the actual car can be any similar-sized vehicle within that category with comparable features.
This is standard practice in the car rental industry and applies to all our partners.

What should you do?
If the delay means you cannot pick up the car
If due to the delay you are unable to pick up the car, our €1,000 guarantee covers the taxi fare to your accommodation, as well as the return trip to the rental office the next morning.
