2. Pickup at the Customer Service Desk:
Take a number from the kiosk.
While waiting, prepare your booking number and ID.
The contract is prepared in just a few minutes, even for first-time renters.
You receive a printed and emailed contract with all necessary info.
You’ll also receive the vehicle registration and photos of any damage by email – though with the “ALL INCLUSIVE” package, this is just for your information.
Return the car to the same Wiber office where you picked it up. The address is listed on your rental contract and in your email.
Upon Arrival:
Follow the “DROP OFF” signs.
Park in the designated area.
Hand over the keys to the staff.
A free shuttle will take you back to the airport.

When Not to Choose Wiber?
If your flight arrives after 11:00 PM or you need to return your car before 7:00 AM, Wiber Mallorca may not be ideal, as the office is only open between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. In such cases, consider a rental company with 24-hour pickup services.
Wiber Rent a Car Mallorca is only available at the airport, making it perfect for those planning to rent for several days right upon arrival. If you’re planning just a 1–2 day rental and you’re not staying near the airport, consider renting in your city instead.
Collision Damage: Full coverage for damages caused to the vehicle in case of an accident.
Personal Injury: Assistance provided in the event of an accident involving bodily harm.
Theft Protection: Coverage in case the rental vehicle is stolen.
Damage to Tires, Mirrors, and Windscreen: Insurance also covers damage to tires, mirrors, and the windscreen.
Undercarriage Damage: Damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle is also covered.
Lost Key: Protection is included in case the vehicle key is lost.

Important Note:
The insurance is valid during the rental period but includes exclusions, such as intentional damage or improper use (e.g., driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
At Wiber, the minimum age to rent a car is 21 years, provided the driver has held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year. For certain vehicle categories (groups E5 and C7), the minimum age is 25.
Drivers aged 21 to 24 must pay a Young Driver surcharge of €9 per day, up to a maximum of 90€ per rental.

According to Wiber’s policy, only individuals listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle.
Additional information:
It is possible to register extra drivers.
The cost for an additional driver is €9 per day, up to a maximum of €95 per rental per driver.
At Wiber, insurance is only valid if the accident is reported within 24 hours.
In the case of a more serious collision or if police involvement is required, it is recommended to report the incident as soon as possible.
If your flight is delayed, Wiber will wait for you during business hours, and your reservation will remain valid. It’s important to arrive at the meeting point within 45 minutes after landing — otherwise, your booking may not be guaranteed.
If the delay means you can only pick up the car outside of business hours (after 11:00 PM), an additional fee of €40 may apply, and the reservation can only be honored with prior confirmation.
With the All Inclusive package, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
